Gluing construction

1. Brush coating method

2. Spraying method

For the adhesive with low viscosity, ordinary paint spray gun can be used for spraying. For those high viscosity adhesives with short activity period and difficult cleaning, the Burt spray gun can be used in the reinforced plastics industry. The advantages of spray method are uniform application of glue and high efficiency; the disadvantages are large loss of glue (about 20-40%), solvent loss in the air pollution.

3. Artesian method

Rain type automatic device is adopted. This method is very suitable for flat plate parts with high efficiency, and is suitable for mass production. In order to prevent the glue from blocking the nozzle, the glue used must have proper viscosity and fluidity.

4. Roll coating

The lower half of the cot is immersed in the glue liquid, the upper half is exposed outside, directly or indirectly contacts with the working surface through the printing cot, and the glue liquid is applied on the bonding surface by driving the cot to rotate through the workpiece, etc. In order to achieve different gluing effect, different grooves and patterns can be made on the wheat surface of the cot, and the gluing amount can be controlled by changing the pressure of the cot or by using a scraper. Cots can be made of rubber, wood, felt or metal.

5. Scraping method

For high viscosity limb and paste adhesives, and for adhesive parts like floor, glue plate can be used for gluing. The rubber plate can be made of 1-1.5mm thick elastic steel plate, UPVC plate and other materials.
